Operations Manager

As we continue to scale, we are looking for an experienced and driven Operations Manager to oversee and improve our daily operations. The Role The Operations Manager will own end-to-end operations across supply chain, logistics, inventory, systems, and cross-functional execution. This role is both strategic and hands‑on, ideal for someone who has operated inside a growing furniture brand and understands the realities of manufacturing lead times, freight, inventory risk, and customer delivery experience. You will work closely with the founders to improve margins, increase operational efficiency, and support sustainable growth. Key Responsibilities Fulfillment and Customer Experience Oversee 3PLs, white‑glove delivery partners, and last‑mile performance Reduce delivery friction, damages, and delays Operations and Supply Chain Manage PO placement, navigate complex lead times, and proactively address time‑sensitive supply chain requests; coordinate effectively with multiple overseas suppliers using strong communication skills to navigate and resolve any operational issues. Oversee the addition of a new warehouse on the West Coast (through a 3PL) Own global supply chain operations, including overseas manufacturing partners, freight, inbound logistics, and domestic fulfillment Manage inventory planning, demand forecasting, and stock health across SKUs Improve lead times, landed cost visibility, and operational efficiency Systems and Processes Act as operational owner of NetSuite, ensuring accurate inventory, costing, purchasing, and reporting Partner with finance, CX, and e‑commerce teams to ensure systems reflect operational reality Build SOPs, dashboards, and operating cadences that scale with growth Qualifications 4‑5 years of operations experience within the furniture or home furnishings industry Proficiency in NetSuite preferred, experience with ERPs required Proficiency and experience using various AI tooling (e.g., Claude) preferred Deep understanding of furniture manufacturing, logistics, and large‑item fulfillment Proven ability to scale operations in a high‑growth, DTC or omnichannel environment Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills Compensation and Benefits
