The firm values integrity, professionalism, and dedication to effective representation in complex legal matters.Role Description The Litigation Associate will handle a variety of civil litigation matters, including case evaluation, legal research, drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery, and preparing for hearings and trials. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing case files, communicating with clients, opposing counsel, and courts, and participating in depositions and court appearances under supervision as needed. The role involves reviewing and analyzing documents, developing case strategies, and ensuring deadlines and procedural requirements are met.
