License/Certifications: Board Eligible/Certified in Internal Medicine (finish residency acceptable)

Experience: Demonstrated experience in Internal Medicine preferred

Pay & Benefits

Hourly Rate: $1.00 (equivalent to a competitive salary of $287,000 - $319,000 annually)

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to adult patients
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team in a collegial environment
• Manage patient panels efficiently with support from clinical medical assistants
• Participate in a patient-centered care model emphasizing quality outcomes
• Share phone-only call responsibilities with minimal weekend coverage
• Contribute to a growing community and enjoy a balanced lifestyle in Colorado

What You Need

Required:

• Board eligibility or certification in Internal Medicine (must complete residency)
• Active medical license in Colorado or ability to obtain one
• Strong communication skills and teamwork orientation

Preferred:

• Previous outpatient primary care experience
• Experience working within a care-team model
