Perm - Physician - Surgery - Neuro Pueblo, CO

Desired start date: ASAP.

Schedule: 2 days in clinic, 2 days in OR, 1 flex day.

Clinic: Average 8 to 12 patients per day, with additional patients from 3-4 PA

Documentation System/EMR: EPIC.

Practice setting: Inpatient, outpatient, clinic.

Not open to 1099 candidates for this position.

Not open to visa candidates for this position.

Not open to providers who want to commute long distances (more than 1 hour) and/or in conjunction with another job(s).

Not open to candidates seeking alternate shift schedules.

All of the following are required at name clear unless noted otherwise:

• Truly Board Eligible (within 5 years of eligibility and working towards Board Certification within 4 years) or Board Certified in Neurosurgery - REQUIRED

• CO license (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED

• Clean Malpractice - REQUIRED
