Position Summary The Corporate Talent Advisor partners with corporate leaders to anticipate and meet the evolving needs of the company to deliver the best talent. This role nurtures relationships with prospective talent and manages on-going hiring manager relationships. The Corporate Talent Advisor epitomizes the definition of a headhunter. Responsibilities Create unique and robust search strategies to identify and attract top talentUtilize various sourcing strategies to identify and attract high-caliber candidates, including direct sourcing, networking, and leveraging industry connectionsAs a partner to the hiring manager in the search process, develop an expert understanding of the requirements and target relevant companiesResearch and source candidates via LinkedIn, Indeed, ATS, and other resourcesMaintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of requisition status, candidate activity, interview feedback, and hiring decisions within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).Proactively monitor and evaluate the candidate pool and recalibrate strategy, as neededRecruit, screen, and recommend placement of candidatesManage candidate pipelines for all assigned searches within the ATS (iCIMS)Participate in highly confidential searches with senior leadershipManage candidate expectations, provide timely feedback, and ensure that candidates have a positive recruiting experience, regardless of the outcome Education and Experience Bachelors in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
