Business Development Manager – Staffing

We are partnering with a growing staffing organization to identify a Business Development Manager focused on new client acquisition and account growth. This hybrid role is ideal for a sales driven professional who excels at prospecting, relationship building, and generating job orders, while collaborating closely with recruiters to deliver results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain a targeted list of prospective client accounts
• Conduct daily prospecting activities, including phone calls, emails, social media outreach, skills marketing, in-person meetings, and ad calls
• Generate new job orders weekly in line with performance objectives
• Manage new and open job orders from intake through fulfillment in partnership with recruiting teams
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to support repeat business and account expansion
• Generate sales leads through professional relationships, market interactions, and business development activities
• Collaborate with teammates to cross sell services and support fulfillment across multiple lines of business
• Track activity, pipeline progress, and client interactions accurately within internal systems

Qualifications:

• 2–5 years of B2B sales and/or staffing business development experience
• Proven success in new business development and relationship driven sales
• Strong prospecting, communication, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work onsite in Winston Salem and engage with clients in person
• Self motivated, goal oriented, and comfortable working in a fast paced environment
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work closely with recruiting and delivery team
