A manufacturing organization in Augusta is seeking a Temporary Recruiter to join the Talent Acquisition team for an initial 60-day assignment , with the potential to extend to 90 days. This is an opportunity to support a high-volume recruiting environment and make an immediate impact across a variety of professional and manufacturing-related roles.
Responsibilities
- Review resumes and conduct initial phone screens
- Manage recruiting activities for open requisitions
- Partner with hiring managers and business leaders throughout the hiring process
- Recruit for a variety of positions, including:
- Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Advanced Concepts/AI)
- Supply Chain
- Accounting
- Maintenance Technicians
- Manufacturing and skilled labor positions
- Maintain candidate pipelines and provide regular hiring updates
- Utilize Taleo ATS to track applicants and recruiting activity
Previous recruiting experience required
Full-cycle recruiting experience strongly preferred
Manufacturing, industrial, engineering, or supply chain recruiting experience highly preferred
Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Strong communication and organizational skills
Experience with applicant tracking systems (Taleo experience a plus)
