Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of young children, utilizing standardized tools and observational methods to accurately identify developmental delays.

• Play a critical role in developing and implementing Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), facilitating collaborative discussions with families to ascertain priorities and concerns.

• Monitor progress and outcomes for children as a vital member of an interdisciplinary team, ensuring consistency in care and communication.

• Provide guidance and supportive resources to families, equipping them with strategies to foster their child’s development.

• Utilize evidence-based practices and natural learning environment approaches to promote healthy, adaptive learning experiences.

• Engage in continuous compliance with federal and state regulations, reinforcing health and safety standards for all clients and staff members.

• Develop nurturing relationships with children and their families to create a supportive and trusting atmosphere conducive to growth.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses primarily on infants and toddlers who may be experiencing disabilities or developmental delays. The LCSW will work with a diverse range of families, each facing unique challenges and circumstances. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Must be a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) in the state of Connecticut, with proof of licensure from the Department of Public Health.

• One year of direct experience working with children in early intervention settings is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 75,000–80,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
