Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Accounts Payable Specialist to assist their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting pay rate of $28.00 to $36.00 per hour.

• Process vendor invoices by entering data accurately and ensuring timely completion of payment workflows.

• Maintain consistent accounts payable operations by monitoring invoice flow and resolving discrepancies.

• Support expense processing activities through review and entry of employee expenses in internal systems.

• Perform administrative accounting tasks including recordkeeping documentation and data tracking.

• Assist with system updates and transitions while supporting improvements in accounts payable processes.

• Bring prior experience in accounts payable or a similar accounting support role.

• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of transactions.

• Work independently while organizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast paced environment.

• Communicate clearly with internal teams and vendors regarding invoice and payment matters.

• Maintain reliability consistency and accuracy in daily accounting operations.

• Use expense management systems with familiarity in Concur considered beneficial.

• Maintain organized records and support audit readiness through accurate documentation.

• Adapt quickly to system changes and contribute to process improvements.

• Apply strong organizational and time management skills across multiple assignments.

• Demonstrate a proactive approach with the ability to prioritize work and handle tasks independently.
