Looking for Front Desk, Payroll, Bookkeeping, Office administrative assistant for a fast-growing accounting firm in Lutz, FL.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, able to multi-task, be detail oriented and have exceptional communication skills with the ability to interact with a wide client base.

Candidate will be competent in prioritizing and a fast learner. They will be self-motivated and trustworthy, contributing to driving sustainable growth.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Preparation of Weekly Payroll
• Preparation of Monthly - Sales tax returns.
• Monthly Bookkeeping and related tasks.
• Corporation Creation, in addition to applying for State and Local Licenses / Permits.
• Front Desk - Answer and directing phone calls in a professional manner.
• Organize and schedule appointments.
• Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms.
• Assist in the preparation and filing of regularly scheduled reports.
• Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.
• Develop and maintain an accurate filing system, workflow system and CRM
• File organization and document preparation.
• Supporting the streamlining of the businesses to become paperless.
• Potential to grow into Tax Preparation.

• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
• Flexibility and willingness to accommodate last minute requests
• Positive attitude, willing to learn, take responsibility.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
• Comfortable dealing with large volumes of complex data
• Comfortable dealing with clients from a wide variety of backgrounds
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
• Proficient with Google Docs
• Ability to learn new software

• Experience - Payroll, Accounting , Bookkeeping, Tax Return - Ideal
• Software - QuickBooks / Drake / ADP / RingCentral / CRM systems / Excel – Ideal
  Experience in the accounting field – Not essential.
• Experience using Project management software – Not essential.
