Secretary/Unit Clerk/Scheduling II – Sunnyview Hospital Part‑time, Day Shift position in St. Peter’s Health Partners. The role supports department operations through scheduling, patient check‑in, and multi‑line phone management. What You Will Do Responsible for scheduling inpatient appointments using an electronic scheduling system. Schedule appointments, check‑in patients, and manage multi‑line phones. What You Will Need HS diploma required; Certificate program or AAS in medical administration preferred. Medical office experience preferred. Strong computer skills and pleasant phone manners. Medical terminology is required. Compensation Pay range: $17.25–$22.54 per hour, based on experience, skills, and education. Pay may vary within the stated range based on location. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates.
