Senior Financial Analyst

Empower leadership with proactive, data-driven financial insights needed to turn long-term strategy into execution and profitable growth. Partner with Central, Product, and Go-To-Market stakeholders to drive quantitative modeling for regional target allocation and synthesize Cloud revenue planning across AI and Classic product lines into a unified view for executive leadership.

Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience. 7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), consulting, or a related function, or an advanced degree. Experience executing full-cycle FP&A functions including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and modeling within a multinational company setting.

Responsibilities include partnering with stakeholders to build quantitative models allocating global targets down to key regional markets and customer segments, providing thought leadership to integrate new, fast-evolving AI growth plans and competitive dynamics, and consolidating complex Cloud and GCP revenue planning models.

Additionally, the role involves synthesizing inputs across systems into a single financial view that provides clear, driver-based insights for executive leadership, translating long-range planning drivers into the AOP framework, and building the structures that tie annual targets to the multi-year plan, clearly outlining execution steps, risks, and strategic tradeoffs.

The position also requires owning the multi-year financial framework for bookings, partnering with strategy and operations and finance to align bookings with revenue and backlog consumption trends, and partnering with teams to streamline data pipelines, share knowledge, and leverage the latest AI tools to automate and modernize core planning processes.
