Sistema is looking for a Support Technician with our government client based in Austin, TX for a 10-month position.

Key Responsibilities: To assist in the manual labor and support associated with the computer/docking station refresh project. These staff would be performing the day-to-day work of imaging, replacing the computers and migrating the data. The process by which this is performed will be provided by the agency. These staff will be part of a team which include an agency subject matter expert, and a project manager to coordinate and lead the work. Windows 11 technical support experience would be helpful but is not required. Minimum Requirements: Candidates that do not meet or exceed the minimum stated requirements (skills/experience) will be displayed to customers but may not be chosen for this opportunity. Maintains the necessary security controls over software. 1 Required Ability to provide excellent customer services.
