Senior Training & Education Specialist - Tax Administration
State of Delaware
The State of Delaware seeks a dedicated training lead to manage professional training for the Division of Revenue. This role covers onboarding through refresher cycles, updating training to reflect policy changes, and guiding staff across Tax, Audits, and Paralegals. You will coordinate with managers and shape courses to improve division operations. You will design, implement, and evaluate diverse courses, ensure data-driven improvements, and supervise related staff tasks while aligning with #J-18808-Ljbffr State of Delaware
