Location: Dallas, Texas

Days: Monday - Friday

Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Full-time: Benefit Eligible

Principal Duties:

• Monitor and assist at service window and receiving door.
• Order entry, fulfillment and packing of client supply orders.
• Troubleshoot and resolve supply order issues.
• Assemble client test kits and monitor kit component inventory levels.
• Assist with warehouse shelve restocking.
• Prepare client reports for mailing.
• Process outbound mail.
• QC client supply orders prior to final packaging and shipping.
• Comply with federal and state safety regulations.

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Exceptional communication skills
• Basic computer operation skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

This role will have routine access to Protected Health Information (PHI). Employees will be trained on reasonable safeguards and are expected to maintain strict confidentiality, as well as abide by all applicable privacy and security standards. Employees are expected only to access PHI when it is required to fulfill job duties.
