Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct therapeutic treatment to clients experiencing significant mental health issues or severe emotional challenges, both remotely and in community settings.

• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive care plans tailored to each client's unique needs, ensuring accessibility to necessary services and continuity of care.

• Conduct evidence-based assessments and therapeutic interventions, including individual, group, and family therapy sessions.

• Participate actively in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.

• Build and maintain trusting relationships with clients and team members, exhibiting reliability and a strong commitment to teamwork.

• Handle crisis situations effectively by employing de-escalation techniques and implementing appropriate interventions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 105,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
