Full-Time Regular Full-Time Park Ridge, IL, US 10 days ago Requisition ID: 3786 Salary Range: $45,000.00 To $50,000.00 Annually Job Summary This role supports the Credit department by performing administrative tasks, small-dollar collections, and credit card processing. Job Duties Processes credit card and "check by fax" payments Obtains credit applications and processes customer trade references Runs and prints D&B and Credit Safe credit reports Scans credit applications and maintains orderly credit files Maintains customer "Short Pay Tracker" worksheet in Excel Sends statements to customers upon request Updates customer contact information in accounting software system Processes adjustments for small-dollar customer misc. deductions Performs light collections (small balance customers) Serves as primary backup to A/R Cash Application Specialist (posting payments to customer accounts) Maintains organized A/R record retention files according to Company guidelines Other duties as assigned Job Qualifications High school diploma or (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
