Job Description:

• Provide administrative support for healthcare revenue cycle, medical billing, and financial operations.
• Review, organize, and maintain billing records, patient account information, invoices, and financial documentation.
• Use Epic EHR and revenue cycle applications to review patient accounts, verify billing information, and update records.
• Assist with insurance claim tracking, payment reconciliation, billing discrepancies, and outstanding account follow-up.
• Use Microsoft Excel, PivotTables, spreadsheets, and other financial applications to organize data, analyze financial information, and prepare reports.
• Perform data entry, validate financial records, and identify discrepancies or missing information.
• Support accounts receivable (A/R), payment posting, reimbursement tracking, and billing documentation.
