IT Specialist

IT SpecialistAs an IT Specialist at W.W. Williams, you will provide technical support to employees as well as monitor, maintain, and upgrade Branch office server, network, and telecommunications systems.Job Duties:Provide first and second level technical support in response to incoming IT Service Desk tickets while providing excellent customer service.Troubleshoot and resolve end-user hardware, operating system, and software-related problems for both local and remote users.Ensure proper documentation of all Service Desk related activity in the Service Desk Ticketing System.Administer client, server, LAN, WAN, and WLAN hardware in use at Branch locations.Administer company application and technology services as assigned.Install and configure system and network equipment as needed.Make recommendations for future system and network upgrades at Branch locations.Coordinate with other IT department staff to assist with system and application implementations and upgrades.Coordinate with outside vendors to perform onsite cabling and infrastructure work.Work Experience & Qualifications:Associate degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.Experience in a Help Desk/Customer support role.Basic network troubleshooting.PC imaging/deployment.VolP Telephony.Experience supporting remote users.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.Employee Benefits & Rewards:8 Paid Holidays & 1 Paid Wellness DayPaid Time OffEmployee Referral Bonus ProgramMedical, Dental & Vision Insurance401k with a Company MatchCompany Paid TrainingGrowth & Leadership OpportunitiesAbout the Company:W.W.
