About The Role We're looking for a Recruiter-Level 1 on behalf of our client. This is a 4-month contract assignment (W-2). You are an experienced Recruiter who thrives on the challenge of finding hard-to-find talent and building trusted relationships. In this role, you'll manage full-cycle recruitment across a variety of roles, partnering closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and deliver top talent. You'll own everything from sourcing and screening to closing candidates—all while creating a positive, seamless experience for everyone involved. The position is based in Juno Beach, 5 days per week. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruitment for mid-level positions, from intake through offer Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop sourcing plans Sources candidates using advanced techniques (Boolean search, social media, referrals) Screens candidates for technical fit. Facilitate structured interviews and ensure consistent evaluations Track metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness) and adjusts strategies accordingly Negotiate offers aligned with market data and candidate expectations Sources talent broadly and supports hiring practices that ensure a diverse and productive workforce Contribute to employer brand through job postings and social engagement Qualifications Bachelor's Degree 1+ years experience, ideally at agency and corporate Passion for sourcing and a proven ability to find and engage hard-to reach talent Maintain relationship-building skills with hiring managers, candidates, and peers Experience with sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, ATS systems) Our Safety Pledge To You If you are as committed to your success as we are committed to your safety, then this is the position for you!
