Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and in-depth screenings to evaluate each client's mental health status and to formulate personalized treatment plans.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that are customized to address clients' specific challenges and therapeutic goals.
\n
• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based techniques tailored to the needs of diverse demographics.
\n
• Collaborate seamlessly with other members of the treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, nutritionists, and case managers, to deliver holistic care to our clients.

• Educate and involve family members in the therapeutic process, fostering a supportive environment for recovery and engagement.

• Maintain precise and confidential client records while adhering to ethical standards and regulatory requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse group of clients, including women facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and chronic illness, as well as individuals from various cultural and socio-economic backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) , Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) , Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• A bachelor's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is mandatory; a master's or doctoral degree is preferred.

• Extensive experience or specialized training in mental health counseling is essential.

• Demonstrated knowledge of evidence-based practices for a variety of mental health disorders.

• Exceptional interpersonal and therapeutic skills, with the ability to connect with clients and motivate them throughout their treatment.

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar mental health counseling role.

• Experience working in telehealth services and familiarity with virtual therapy modalities.

• Background in working with women’s mental health issues.
