Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Counselor with Skyrise, your day-to-day activities will include:

• Conducting virtual assessments and providing teletherapy sessions to clients, utilizing video conferencing tools to establish rapport and trust.

• Performing comprehensive mental health evaluations, including gathering detailed health history and conducting mental status examinations.
\n
• Developing, implementing, and monitoring personalized behavioral health treatment plans based on individual assessments and ongoing evaluation of client progress.
\n
• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to provide effective support, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and other modalities as appropriate.
\n
• Maintaining meticulous records of patient interactions, including examination results and treatment plans, in alignment with ethical and regulatory standards.

• Continuously engaging in professional development to remain current with the latest evidence-based practices and interventions in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve vary widely, representing diverse backgrounds and presenting a range of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and more. Your approach will focus not only on addressing immediate concerns but also on fostering resilience and promoting long-term mental well-being through curated therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, MFT, Art Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.

• A valid state license as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW.
\n
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written formats.
\n
• Proficiency in using electronic clinical systems and familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• A commitment to ongoing education in evidence-based psychosocial interventions.
\n
• Bilingual capabilities in Spanish and English are highly preferred.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of related experience is required, candidates with additional expertise in specialized areas of mental health treatment will be prioritized. Experience with telehealth service delivery, as well as familiarity with specific therapeutic methods, will be advantageous in this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additionally, new hires may be eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $1,000. Our robust benefits package includes:
