Business Systems AnalystRoth Staffing is looking for a Business Systems Analyst with ServiceNow, SharePoint, compliance/risk programs, fraud investigations, financial services, or operational risk would be highly valued. Hourly Pay Rate: $58.00 to $62.00.Position SummaryThe Business Analyst will support the Compliance AVP in defining a structured fraud logging capability in ServiceNow. The core of the role is analysis and design rather than platform build: gathering requirements, mocking up the fraud logging screen using benchmarking data from other life insurance companies, and documenting the end-to-end workflow in close collaboration with team members as subject-matter experts. The analyst will produce the requirements, screen mockups, and workflow documentation that the ServiceNow platform team will build against. The role also supports planning for the migration of historical fraud records from SharePoint into ServiceNow, defining the data requirements and mapping in partnership with the team. This is a hands-on analyst and design role well suited to someone who can translate fraud/operational-risk subject matter and industry practice into clear, buildable specifications, and who works comfortably alongside business SMEs to capture how work actually gets done.Key ResponsibilitiesRequirements GatheringIndustry Benchmarking & Screen MockupsWorkflow DocumentationHistorical Data Migration PlanningGeneral / Cross-CuttingRequired Qualifications3+ years as a Business Analyst on system implementation, workflow, or process-design projects. Strong requirements elicitation and facilitation skills, with a track record of working closely with business SMEs. Demonstrated ability to produce screen mockups / wireframes and translate them into build-ready specifications. Process mapping and workflow documentation experience. Comfort with industry benchmarking / competitive research to inform design decisions. Data analysis proficiency (Excel required) for profiling and validating datasets. Ability to work with sensitive data under appropriate confidentiality, privacy, and access controls.Preferred QualificationsBackground in fraud, investigations, financial crime, or operational risk - ideally in life insurance or broader financial services. Familiarity with ServiceNow (IRM/GRC, Case Management, or custom/scoped apps) as the target platform. Experience with SharePoint as a data source and with data migration mapping. Exposure to governance, risk, and compliance concepts and audit-ready documentation practices. Experience supporting UAT and training rollout.Key DeliverablesCurrent- and target-state fraud logging requirements and prioritized user stories. Industry benchmarking summary (life insurance fraud logging practices) informing the design. Annotated screen mockups / wireframes of the fraud logging interface, serving as a build specification. End-to-end fraud logging workflow documentation and process maps, validated with Compliance AVP 's team. Fraud record data model and data dictionary. SharePoint-to-ServiceNow source-to-target mapping and migration plan. User job aids/training materials and UAT test cases.Success MeasuresRequirements, mockups, and workflow documentation accepted by Compliance AVP's team and ready for platform build. Screen design demonstrably informed by relevant life insurance or financial industry practice. Migration plan and mapping validated and ready for execution against agreed accuracy thresholds.
