With flexible hours, great benefits, and hands-on skill-building across top industry platforms, this is the perfect opportunity to make an immediate impact while elevating your career.Location: Austin HQ, may need to go to the Dripping Springs Warehouse on occasionSchedule: Flexible hours, minimum 24 hours, max 29 a week, Monday - ThursdayTravel: 0%What You'll Do:Manage onboarding and offboarding requests, including provisioning and decommissioning hardware and softwareImage, deploy, and configure new devices for employeesHandle IT asset logistics via ticketing system (shipping/receiving equipment domestically and internationally)Administer and support internal tools such as Google Workspace, JumpCloud, Slack, Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft O365Provide support for Windows machines, MacBooks, and iPadsDecommission out-of-warranty equipment and coordinate recycling effortsPartner with vendors for warranty-related hardware supportMaintain and manage IT inventory, including tracking assets and stock levelsKeep asset management systems up to date to support budgeting, refresh cycles, and auditsAssist the IT team with ongoing and new projectsWhat You Bring:Technical SkillsExperience imaging and deploying devices (Windows/Mac environments)Familiarity with cloud-based IT systems and identity management toolsExperience supporting a mixed-device environment (Windows, macOS, iOS)Knowledge of IT asset management and lifecycle processesUnderstanding of ticketing systems and IT support workflowsSoft SkillsStrong customer-first mindset with the ability to build relationships and empathize with usersExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work independently and manage time effectivelyHigh attention to detail and strong organizational skillsAdaptability, able to follow processes while supporting change and improvementQualifications:Experience in Information Technology, ideally with a focus on end-user support or customer successHigh School Diploma or equivalentAbility to lift up to 25 lbs without assistanceReliable transportation to the main office and occasional travel to a warehouse locationFlexible scheduleSalary: $20.00 - $25.00/hourFinal salary will be determined based on candidate's skills and experience level.Competitive Rewards Package includes:401(k) with company matchPaid holidays, paid time off and accrue sick leaveFlexible work environmentOpportunities for professional growth and developmentFlash is committed to working with the broadest talent pool possible.
