As a OneStream Diamond Partner and Oracle implementation partner, our Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) team pairs deep technical expertise with functional finance knowledge to deliver solutions that go far beyond software implementation—we empower clients to transform how they plan, report, and perform.

About the Internship

Join our Finance Technology Enablement Consulting team for 10 weeks of hands-on learning, professional development, and client exposure. You’ll build a foundation in enterprise technologies like OneStream and Oracle EPM, while learning the art of consulting—problem-solving, storytelling, and working side-by-side with clients on meaningful projects.

We’re looking for curious, motivated students with a passion for f inance, technology, and helping organizations solve complex problems. If that’s you, this program is designed to give you a front-row seat to a consulting career.

• Participate in client and internal project meetings with senior consultants and business leaders.
• Assist with key phases of the project life cycle—from requirements gathering through solution delivery.
• Learn how consultants approach real-world business challenges and craft innovative solutions.
• Gain exposure and training to EPM technologies (OneStream, Oracle EPM Cloud, etc.) that shape the future of corporate finance.
• Contribute to internal initiatives, with the chance to see your work applied to live projects.
• Create and deliver a capstone presentation to firm leadership at the end of your internship.

• Projected 2028 OR fall 2027 graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree focused in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• Strong interest in both finance and technology, with a desire to explore consulting as a career.
• Solid problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and communicate insights.
• Team-oriented mindset, leadership potential, and excellent communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel required; exposure to ERP, SQL, or reporting tools is a plus.
• Self-starter who thrives in dynamic, collaborative environments.
• Willingness to travel if needed.
