DESCRIPTION:

The Commercial Excellence Senior Manager Genetic Sciences Division (GSD) will act as a commercial operational partner to NorthAmerica(NA)GSD Commercial teams moving strategy to action and lead the execution ofbest-in-class Sales Force Effectiveness operating modelsto maximize sales team performance and AOT will be part of the GSD Sales Operations function and alsoCenterof Excellence for SalesForceEffectiveness& Training(SFE);additionallyyou will partner with all theGlobalCommercialProcessesand Operations (CP&O)functionsworking collaboratively across GSD to drive a culture of continuous sales improvement and high performance.

How you will make an impact:

• Lead the deployment& adoptionof a scalable Commercial ExcellenceStandard Workoperating model forGSD driving sales force effectivenessCRM / Digital tool training and adoptionrevenue predictability and execution disciplineacross North AmericaGSD with influence on globalGSDadoption

• Act as a commercial partner for the GSD Commercial Leadership team translating growth priorities into data-driven sales strategies e.g. sales process update to supportcore productsgrowth funnel & forecast performance sales skills focus onoptimizing revenue territory planning and go to market investment prioritization

• Drive the Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) strategyand sales force efficiencies acrossNA GSD with cross functional alignment acrossCentersof Excellence (SFD/SFE Analytics Platforms Pricing) delivering advanced analytics performance insights and AI-enabled digital tools & training to improve effective selling time customer experience & commercial performance.

• Leadcontinuous improvementacross GSD sales teamsthroughStandard workSales skills trainingKPI governance and kaizen methodologies embedding a high-performance culture across the commercial organization

• Focused on achieving NA GSD AOP supportingweeklyMBR QBR requirements and influencing GSD Globally

• Willingness to travel 10%-25% domestically and internationally asrequired.

REQUIREMENTS& CAPABILITIES:

Education:

• Bachelors degreerequired(Business or related preferred); MBA preferred

• SalesForceCRMtrainer/facilitator certification preferred

Experience & Leadership:

• 10 years commercial/ commercial operationsexperience including 5 years in leadership roles drivingcommercialperformance andcommercial opsteams

• Commercial operations and sales leadership experience in life and genetic sciences driving consumables growth instrumentation sales and large strategic deals.

• Proven success in continuous improvement ()sales processesdigital/AIsystems& tools analyticsteam development

• Proactive self-motivated leader with strong initiative excellent interpersonal skills and a results-driven mindset.

Technical Expertise & Sales Force Effectiveness:

• Strong sales process management (AIfunnels dashboards)

• Advanced analytics skills (SFDCAI toolsExcel Power BI data visualization)

• Deep knowledge of Sales Force Effectiveness methodologies and commercial analytics

Strategic Leadership & Cross-Functional Influence:

• Ability to lead cross-functionally and influence in complex matrixed organizations

• Strongcommunicationto seniorleaders

• Proven stakeholderinfluence &management and ability to drive alignment across all levels

Change Management & Organizational Development:

• Track recordof driving transformation and continuous improvement inadynamiccommercialenvironment

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $132000.00$197000.00.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company team and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on which includes:
