This entry‑level, part‑time position requires basic knowledge of hand tools and assembly and involves heavy lifting, bending, and other physical demands. Work is typically done during business hours (8 am–7 pm) but is flexible, averaging 5‑10 hours per month. Travel in a 150‑mile radius of Fort Smith, AR is required. The furthest current account is Fayetteville, AR (≈60 mi). Mileage reimbursement is paid while driving; hourly wage is not paid during driving. Cities Fort Smith, AR Fayetteville, AR Van Buren, AR Spiro, OK Texarkana, AR Due to work being performed in long‑term care homes, masking and goggles may be required. Storing 50# bags of bedding and seed, along with 4‑5 27‑gallon totes of supplies, will be required for the job.
