Start date of training class – August 24th, 2026
Rate Range : $16-$18/hr W2 Pay rates (Depends on Customer Service experience)
Training period: Tentatively from Aug 24th -Nov 6th: Aiming for 10 weeks training period
Locations : Fort Smith, Little Rock or NW Arkansas, (Fayetteville area)
Job description
- Customer Service-related Experience
- Excellent communication and aptitude to solve problems
- Ability to work from home and have a home internet set up with required Mbps internet speed to handle calls.
- Excellent MS office skills
- Should be familiar working on applications (data entry)
- Bachelor’s degree, Bilingual (Spanish) speakers are a huge plus
