In this role, you'll work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, providing critical administrative and customer support to our Escrow team. We're seeking someone with the drive and potential to grow - an individual looking for a long-term career path at First American and eager to learn, contribute, and advance within our organization.What You'll Do:Assist in the escrow process, such as opening orders, inputting closing statement information, preparing documents for closing, handling the complete disbursement and follow-upCommunicate regularly with customers during the escrow process flowInterpret various agreements as they relate to escrow closingsWorking with a variety of technologies to enable escrow transactions, assisting customers to ensure a phenomenal customer experienceWhat You'll Bring:Passion for helping customers while maintaining a professional and positive attitudeExcellent verbal and written communication with both our internal teams and external customersProblem solver with strong organizational skills, is detail oriented, a natural curiosity with an eagerness to learnThrives in contributing to a team working together to deliver beyond customer expectationsKnowledge of MS Office suite and ability to quickly adapt to new software applications and technologiesHigh school diploma or equivalent2+ years of escrow-related experience preferredPay Range: $22.00 - $25.00 HourlyThis hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
