Pay & Benefits

• Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 (based on an annual salary range from $136,822 to $179,379)

What You'll Do

• Provide overnight trauma and acute care surgery services
• Perform assessments and develop treatment plans
• Manage trauma and emergency general surgery patients in inpatient settings
• Support trauma surgeons with procedures and patient management
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and document care in Epic EMR
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards
• Participate in mentorship, leadership development, and ongoing education

What You Need

Required:

• Active Nurse Practitioner license
• BLS certification
• Minimum 2 years trauma surgery experience or completion of a surgical fellowship
• Ability to work overnight shifts (7P-7A)

Preferred:

• Experience working in high-acuity trauma centers
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
