Pay & Benefits

• Salary Range: $136,822 $179,379 annually (based on experience)
• Additional Compensation: Up to $10,000/year through Quality Value Incentive Plan (QVIP)

What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive trauma and acute care surgical services overnight
• Manage trauma admissions, emergency general surgery, and inpatient care
• Conduct evaluations, develop care plans, and interpret diagnostic tests
• Assist trauma surgeons with procedures, resuscitation, and operative support
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical teams to ensure quality patient care
• Document all clinical activities in Epic EMR accurately
• Work autonomously handling multiple complex tasks effectively

What You Need

• Active Colorado PA license
• Minimum 2 years trauma surgery experience or completed surgical fellowship (preferred)
• Strong clinical assessment, procedural, and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
