Lead, AI-Driven Customer Operations Automation

Grow Therapy is seeking a Manager, Customer Operations Automation to lead a team maintaining Sierra, our AI automation tool, and related automation initiatives. You will own automation performance, customer experience, and business outcomes post-launch.
