Position Details Title: Security Guard Patrol Associate Location: New Castle, DE Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $19.50 per hour Schedule: Mon, Fri, Sat, Sun – 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM What You’ll Do Provide customer service to staff, patients, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a healthcare location. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including supporting de-escalation efforts and notifying appropriate personnel when needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, common areas, and perimeter grounds to help deter unauthorized activity and/or identify unusual conditions. Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, documenting observations and/or reporting concerns to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts. Assist with routine incident reporting, policy adherence, and communication during medical, behavioral, and/or facility-related events as directed by site protocols. Minimum Requirements Be 21+ years of age. Lift more than 20 lbs is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
