Paid Social | Full Time | Ad Leverage

This role is for the person who has already proven they can run accounts and is ready to own outcomes at the portfolio level. Ad Leverage is a performance marketing agency built for home services and legal brands. Our senior specialists carry the highest-spend accounts, drive budget scaling conversations with performance data, and set the strategic bar the rest of the team executes against.

Being a Senior Paid Social Specialist at Ad Leverage

We earn on managed ad spend, so the job is not maintaining accounts, it's growing them. Senior specialists own our top-tier client relationships on the performance side: the accounts with the largest budgets, the most aggressive testing cadence, and the most sophisticated attribution setups. You'll work directly with the Director of Paid Social on department strategy, sit in client conversations where budgets get decided, and help raise the strategic ceiling of the specialists around you.

Duties

• Own strategy and performance for the department's highest-spend home services and legal accounts, accountable for CPL, lead quality, and managed spend growth
• Lead budget scaling conversations: build the performance case, present it alongside CSMs, and defend it with testing data and attribution evidence
• Run the most aggressive creative testing cadence in the portfolio, including test design, hypothesis quality, and the learning documentation standard other accounts follow
• Own advanced attribution work: CAPI event architecture with client CRMs (ServiceTitan, Clio, and similar), offline conversion optimization, high-LTV lookalike seeding, and exclusion audience hygiene
• Audit and troubleshoot underperforming accounts across the portfolio, separating creative problems from media problems from data problems
• Mentor specialists on campaign strategy, brief quality, and client-ready communication
• Lead the paid social workstream on new business pitches: account audits, market sizing inputs, and strategy recommendations
• Own compliance rigor on Special Ad Category and legal advertising accounts, including pre-flight review of creative in high-scrutiny states
• Flag scope, efficiency, and profitability issues on your accounts before they become margin problems

Skills and Experience

• 4 to 6 years of paid social experience in lead generation (required), with at least 2 years in an agency environment managing multiple accounts
• Demonstrated ownership of accounts at meaningful spend levels, with examples of budget xhyhwjd growth you drove through performance
• Advanced Meta fluency: CAPI implementation, offline conversions, event match quality, value-based lookalikes, and Special Ad Category constraints
• Strong analytical instincts: you can read a CPL spike and know within an hour whether it's creative fatigue, auction pressure, signal quality, or seasonality
• Experience presenting performance and strategy directly to clients, including difficult conversations
• Proven ability to raise the bar for people around you, formally or informally
• Deep experience in home services, legal, or similar trust-driven lead gen verticals strongly preferred
