You will work with clients facing anxiety, depression, stress, adjustment concerns, emotional regulation difficulties, and other issues that may affect daily life. The position involves managing scheduled appointments, completing clinical evaluations, maintaining case documentation, and providing ongoing counseling based on each client's needs.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide individual counseling through secure video sessionsComplete intake evaluations and gather relevant clinical historyIdentify concerns that should be addressed during therapyEstablish clear and appropriate treatment goalsProvide counseling for a range of emotional and behavioral health concernsMaintain accurate progress notes and required clinical recordsReview changes in symptoms or circumstances throughout careDiscuss follow-up needs and next steps with clientsRespond appropriately when risk or safety concerns ariseFollow Virginia LPC licensing, ethical, and telehealth requirements
