THE OPPORTUNITY

We're looking for an experienced, results-driven insurance producer with a proven track record of selling auto, home, and life insurance.

This is a production-focused sales position for someone who enjoys building relationships, identifying opportunities, and consistently closing business.

You'll work with inbound leads, referrals, and our established customer base to recommend appropriate coverage and help customers build comprehensive protection plans.

Life insurance is a major priority. We're looking for someone who can confidently lead those conversations, explain the value of coverage, and consistently generate life insurance sales.

You'll have access to inbound leads, competitive commissions, and direct support from an agency owner who's invested in your success. No traditional cold calling.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Multi-Line Sales: Consistently quote and sell auto, home, renters, and life insurance.

• Life Insurance Production: Identify opportunities, present solutions, and close life insurance sales.

• Coverage Reviews: Identify gaps and recommend appropriate protection.

• Bundling: Present auto, property, and life insurance together when appropriate.

• Lead Conversion: Turn inbound leads, referrals, and customer opportunities into new business.

• Customer Relationships: Build trust, provide excellent service, and generate referrals.

• Sales Accountability: Meet established weekly, monthly, and annual production goals.

• Team Collaboration: Share best practices and contribute to agency growth.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Required Qualifications

• Proven insurance sales experience with consistent production results.

• Active Texas Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses.

• Experience selling auto, home, and life insurance.

• Strong closing, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.

• Confidence discussing life insurance and recommending appropriate coverage.

• Ability to manage a sales pipeline and meet production goals.

• Dependable, organized, competitive, and coachable.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of insurance sales experience.

• State Farm, Allstate, Farmers, Nationwide, or comparable agency experience.

• Demonstrated success selling multiple insurance lines.

• Strong life insurance production history.

SIGNING BONUS OPPORTUNITY

Up to $5,000 for qualified, experienced insurance producers!

$5,000 | Experienced State Farm Producers

• 4+ years of recent State Farm agency experience, including 2+ years of demonstrated P&C sales production.

• Active Texas P&C and Life & Health licenses.

• Proven auto, home, and life insurance sales results.

$2,500 | Experienced Insurance Producers

• 2+ years of recent insurance sales experience with Allstate, Farmers, Nationwide, American Family, or a comparable agency.

• Active Texas P&C and Life & Health licenses.

• Demonstrated personal lines sales production.

Payment Schedule

• $5,000 Bonus: $2,000 after 6 months; $3,000 after 12 months.

• $2,500 Bonus: $1,000 after 6 months; $1,500 after 12 months.

Bonuses are not cumulative. Payments are subject to eligibility, continued employment, satisfactory performance, and a written bonus agreement.
