Position Type Full Time / Swing Shift Pay Rate $22.00 / Hour Job Schedule Mon: 03:00 PM - 11:30 PM Tue: 03:00 PM - 11:30 PM Fri: 03:00 PM - 11:30 PM Sat: 03:00 PM - 11:30 PM Sun: 03:00 PM - 11:30 PM What You’ll Do Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at an automotive location. Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts and/or local responders as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, production‑adjacent spaces, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or report maintenance or access concerns. Monitor access points, verify credentials where required, and assist with visitor, vendor, and/or delivery traffic in accordance with site protocols. Support daily operations by observing site conditions, reporting suspicious behavior or policy violations, and providing clear updates during routine activities and/or emergency situations. Minimum Requirements At least 1 year of security-related experience is required. A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. A guard card or license is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
