(Korean Bilingual) Sr. Pricing Specialist

Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Pricing Specialist to lead pricing strategy for domestic and international freight forwarding operations, including OOG (oversized/heavy cargo). This role requires strong analytical ability, vendor negotiation skills, and in-depth understanding of transportation cost structures.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage pricing strategies for freight forwarding and transportation services.
  
• Create tailored pricing for OOG shipments (Flat Rack, Open Top, Breakbulk).
  
• Build and maintain vendor relationships; negotiate domestic transport and special equipment rates.
  
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to optimize pricing and reduce overweight/oversized cargo costs.
  
• Provide daily and weekly pricing and sales performance reports.
  
• Ensure compliance with all internal and external reporting requirements.
  
• Continuously expand understanding of domestic supply chain trends, pricing models, and equipment types.
  

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Korean and English required
  
• 3–5 years of relevant pricing or logistics experience
  
• Strong multitasking ability and comfort in a fast-paced environment
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
