Concierge
Join the Clove Lakes Health Care and Rehabilitation Center Team!
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Concierge weekends only to join our team at Clove Lakes Health Care and Rehabilitation Center, a premier healthcare facility on Staten Island, NY. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional service to our residents and their loved ones, ensuring their overall well-being and satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and facilitate arrangements for resident outings, appointments, and activities
• Assist with scheduling and planning resident events and activities
• Provide personalized support and guidance to residents and their families
• Maintain accurate records and reports of resident activities and preferences
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with physicians, staff, and residents
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of care and services
