Responsibilities Assemble, clean, inspect, and package single-use assemblies in a controlled cleanroom environment Follow cleanroom procedures and cGMP guidelines to maintain ISO Class 7 standards Read and follow detailed work instructions to ensure product quality and accuracy Properly wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) Identify and report quality, process, or safety concerns to prevent defects and rework Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and support process enhancements Adhere to all safety, quality, and change control procedures Qualifications Required High School Diploma or GED 0-3 years of cleanroom, assembly, manufacturing, or production experience Ability to follow written instructions and procedures Experience using hand tools Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Preferred Medical device assembly experience Quality inspection experience Familiarity with cleanroom environments and manufacturing protocols Why Join Our Team? Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Devens, MA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.42 - $21.42/hr.
