Role Description

Salesforce Developer with strong Service Voice Cloud

Salesforce Developer certification(s)
7+ years working in Salesforce with 5+ years' experience as a Salesforce Developer and a strong understanding of Salesforce best practices
Must have experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud with Service Voice Cloud (including Amazon Connect)
Salesforce analytics configuration experience is required
Salesforce complex flow configuration experience is required
Candidates with experience with Commerce Cloud and/or CPQ will have preference
Understand data integrations between various enterprise applications (a.o. Boomi to 3rd party applications (SAP, PowerBI, Workday))
Experience with queues, email to Case and complex routing
Experience with territories and bulk changes
Experience in building new applications with Salesforce
Experience with JIRA Projects and ServiceNow is desirable

Qualifications

Salesforce Developer certification(s)
7+ years working in Salesforce
5+ years' experience as a Salesforce Developer
Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices

Requirements

Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud with Service Voice Cloud (including Amazon Connect)
