ProCare Therapy is partnering with an outstanding school district in Racine, WI to hire a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 2026–2027 school year. Job Details:

• Full-Time
• 40 hours per week
• 2026–2027 school year
• Onsite position
• Caseload includes students ages 4 years through 8th grade
• Majority of caseload consists of 5th–8th grade students
• Contract position with potential for renewal based on performance
• Pay Rate: $37–$42 per hour

Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or a related field
• Active Wisconsin Speech-Language Pathologist license (or eligibility to obtain prior to the start date)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Previous school-based experience is preferred, but not required
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
