We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile Skilled Trades Specialist for a Private Resident In The Home Setting. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining our Residental Property[ Private Resident}, responding to repair requests, and ensuring a safe, fully operational environment for our Residental Property. . 'Handyman & Residential Repair Specialist | Carpentry & Drywall'

. Skilled handymen prefer jobs with variety. Emphasize that they will be managing their own caseload or working on a range of different projects, rather than doing the same task daily.

. We are looking for a skilled, reliable Handyman with 1 or 2+ years of experience in residential repairs, carpentry, and plumbing and troubleshooting, using various tools, and working directly with homeowners.

Key Responsibilities:

.  Residential Repairs: Drywall repair, painting, door/window Replaement, and general home maintenance.

.  Carpentry: Repairing Wood Framing ,Sill Plate, Wall Stud, (Do To Water Damage In Bedroom).

.  Plumbing: Fixing Leaky Faucets, Unclogging Drains, and Sewer Line Replacment, Water Line Relocate.

.   Removing Cracked Stucco.

.   Applying new stucco/plaster, color matching, and sealing.

.   Need to provide their own equipment, such as a trowel, rubber float, for Stucco Repair.
