Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients to establish individualized treatment plans that address functional limitations and disabilities.
• Provide education and consultation to other healthcare providers regarding the continuum of care for each patient.
• Maintain a high standard of customer service by effectively communicating with patients of diverse backgrounds.
• Document evaluations, treatment progress, and outcomes accurately and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary treatment team and communicate effectively with referring physicians to optimize patient care.
• Engage in community outreach and quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing patient care and increasing organizational visibility.
• Supervise and mentor support staff, including physical therapy assistants and aides, ensuring cohesion and quality in patient care.

Qualifications
