Ward North American is an agent for North American Van Lines (NAVL) and an industry leader in residential and office moving services. With over 40 years of moving expertise and dedication to high-level customer service, Ward is one of the largest hauling and booking agents for NAVL.

Billing & Administrative Support

• Convert move estimates and operational paperwork into accurate customer invoices
• Audit incoming documentation to ensure completeness (signed, dated, accurate)
• Maintain billing records and supporting documentation

Workflow & Coordination

• Log, track, and distribute hauling and billing paperwork
• Monitor shared inboxes and route requests appropriately
• Generate shipping labels and billing-related documents

General Office & Accounting Support

• Answer and route incoming calls
• Perform data entry and basic bookkeeping tasks
• Maintain office supplies and support administrative needs
• Assist with additional duties as assigned

What We Look For

• Experience in billing, accounting support, data entry, or administrative roles preferred
• Strong attention to detailaccuracy is critical in this role
• Organized and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Comfortable working with systems, documents, and spreadsheets
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work within a team
• Ability to problem-solve and follow processes consistently

Education/Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Prior experience in accounting, billing, or office administration preferred
