Finance Coordinator

Job Title: Finance Coordinator The Finance Coordinator is responsible for creating and managing purchase orders, processing vendor invoices, and maintaining accurate financial records in alignment with established procedures and budgets. This role serves as a primary point of contact for vendor inquiries and collaborates closely with the Facilities Management team to support various projects and operational needs. Responsibilities Create and manage purchase orders according to established processes and budgets. Process, review, and track vendor invoices to ensure accuracy and timely payment. Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor inquiries, documentation, and follow‑up communications. Coordinate with the Facilities Management team to support ongoing projects, maintenance activities, and operational needs. Maintain accurate financial records, invoices, and purchase order documentation. Assist with reporting, reconciliation, and tracking of facility‑related expenditures. Support process improvements and ensure compliance with company financial procedures and policies. Essential Skills Experience in a financial coordinator, accounting support, or facilities‑related role. Proficiency with purchase orders, invoice processing, and vendor management. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. Additional Skills & Qualifications Knowledge of accounts payable processes and financial administration. Experience supporting facilities, property management, or operations teams. Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. Experience with PeopleSoft, Smartsheet, and reconciliation. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. 0‑3 years of experience in a financial coordinator or similar role. Familiarity with Coupa/myBuy. Work Environment This is a hybrid position supporting operations in Fremont, California. The team comprises a Finance Manager, two Financial Coordinators, and a Finance Manager. The role requires strong communication skills and teamwork in a setting that combines remote and in‑person work. Working hours are from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM Pacific Time. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fremont, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 – $32.00/hr.
