2+ years experience in Personal Injury field.
Drafting pleadings and legal documents, including but not limited to S&C, NOC, Motions, BP, ICO, OTSC, NOI, RJI, Stipulations; NOA, NOE, subpoenas.
Responding/drafting Discovery demands,
Knowledge and experience with NY ECF filing; PACER CM/ECF;
Basic knowledge of NY CPLR ( SOL etc)
Assisting attorneys in preparation for arbitrations/mediations/trials
Preparation of arbitration/mediation/trial binders, requesting medical records and WC records.
Punctuality, responsibility, ability to follow instructions and effectively communicate with clients and co-workers –are the must.
