Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments with clients to understand their goals, preferences, and available options prior to developing individualized rehabilitation plans.

• Create and regularly update rehabilitation plans tailored to the client's educational background, abilities, and employment goals, making adjustments as necessary during ongoing care.
\n
• Collaborate closely with a diverse team of medical professionals, including physicians, occupational therapists, and psychologists, to design and implement effective rehabilitation strategies that address each client's specific needs and challenges.

• Maintain detailed case files for each client, ensuring accurate documentation of personal information, insurance details, services rendered, and progress notes.
\n
• Monitor client progress meticulously, adjusting care plans as necessary to meet evolving needs and achieve therapeutic goals.
\n
• Provide consistent support and communication with clients engaged in job training programs, aiding in the resolution of placement issues as they arise.
\n
• Engage with clients' family members and support networks to identify effective strategies for supporting clients in their journey toward mental wellness.
\n
• Prepare and submit timely reports on client assessments and progress, ensuring that all documentation meets organizational and regulatory standards.
\n
• Offer recommendations and facilitate referrals to additional resources to enhance client care and access to necessary services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve have a range of mental health needs, including those dealing with mood disorders, anxiety, and other psychosocial challenges. Your role as an LPC will be to empower them through therapeutic interventions and support systems, ultimately helping them lead fulfilling lives and transition successfully into community settings or employment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field.

• Active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) designation in Georgia.
\n
• Demonstrated experience in mental health treatment, having worked with clients facing mental health and mood disorders in either residential or outpatient settings.
\n
• Possess a collaborative mindset, with a focus on contributing to a team dedicated to fostering positive change in clients' lives.
\n
• Proven clinical skills in approaches such as motivational interviewing, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in telehealth counseling or remote therapeutic interventions.

• Strong organizational skills to manage a caseload effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
