Physical Therapist (PT) | Full-Time | Coconut Creek, FL

We’re recruiting a licensed Physical Therapist to join an orthopedic outpatient office in Coconut Creek, Florida .

This is a hands-on clinical position focused on helping patients rebuild movement and function. You may work with someone recovering from orthopedic surgery, returning to activity after an injury, or managing a condition that affects strength, balance, range of motion, or everyday movement.

The clinic maintains a manageable pace of approximately one to two patients per hour.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Salary: $85K–$90K per year depending on experience, plus full benefits

Core Responsibilities

• Complete orthopedic and functional physical therapy examinations
• Identify movement restrictions and establish measurable rehabilitation goals
• Create patient-specific treatment plans
• Deliver appropriate therapeutic exercises and functional activities
• Address strength, mobility, range of motion, and movement deficits
• Track clinical outcomes throughout the patient’s plan of care
• Modify treatment based on progress, response, and current functional ability
• Prepare clear and timely clinical documentation
• Provide patients with exercises and strategies they can safely continue at home

Requirements

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Florida
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or MSPT
• Prior outpatient PT experience
• Familiarity with orthopedic rehabilitation and musculoskeletal conditions
• Comfortable managing a consistent outpatient caseload
