Key Responsibilities\n

• Participate actively in quality assurance and performance improvement activities to enhance service delivery.

• Complete clinical documentation on the same day of service, collaborating with patient access representatives and insurance providers to secure necessary authorizations.

• Assess the evolving needs of patients in accordance with guidelines for outpatient and partial hospitalization programs, integrating findings into ongoing treatment plans.
\n
• Deliver individual and group therapy sessions tailored to patients' needs, while involving families in the therapeutic process when beneficial.
\n
• Maintain accurate daily records of clinical productivity, ensuring compliance with program standards.
\n
• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans that address a variety of complex needs, utilizing therapeutic interventions and support services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses primarily on children, youth, and young adults faced with various mental health challenges. You will work closely with families to foster a holistic treatment approach, promoting greater understanding and involvement in the recovery process. By engaging with this vulnerable population, you will help guide them toward healthier coping mechanisms and improved mental well-being.

Qualifications\n

• Current licensure in Pennsylvania as a Marriage and Family Therapist, Professional Counselor, Psychologist, or Clinical Social Worker is mandatory.

• Must hold a graduate degree that included a clinical or mental health direct care practicum.

• Minimum of three years of full-time experience in providing mental health direct care services, particularly for children and adolescents, with a focus on evidence-based practices.

• Experience working with diverse clinical populations, including those with complex behavioral health issues.

• Prior involvement in a remote therapy setting or using telehealth platforms for service delivery is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n
